Two Parts to this assignment:

Part I:

1.Discuss one mobile app (not mentioned in the textbook, lecture, or live section) that you believe has enabled the business to grow by expanding or deepening its customer base. Explain how technology has improved the customer experience and the marketer’s effectiveness.

2.Provide an example of one incident in which you believe e-commerce governance has been especially weak. Explain your answer. What could have been done differently?

Part II:

Research the growth and scope of new mobile banking technologies in the last five years.

Respond to the following questions in a paper of approximately 800 words.

** What are the primary uses that banks see among customers for mobile applications and why are some more popular than others?

** What are the key barriers that customers raise in the use of mobile applications and how are financial institutions trying to overcome them?

** Compare and contrast the advantages and disadvantages of payment methods such as PayPal and Apple Pay with proprietary mobile applications connected to traditional financial institutions.
