I think that is a great suggestion for an argumentative topic. a debate on this topic will be very interesting. I recently saw the statement made about this very subject. Real legislative change doesnt happen during an 8-year presidency, but rather a 40-year career in Congress! Very interesting! During this class I will focus on:
