The ARP will focus on one primary source and critically engage with claims and evidence from two secondary sources, taking into account information from up to three more. The aim of it will be to put the sources you use in conversation with each other, to make an original, debatable thesis about the primary source(s) (which must be, on some level, critiquing or promoting some aspect of capitalism). The ultimate goal of the paper is to enter into the already-existing academic conversation surrounding our topic-critiques of capitalism-by coming up with and substantiating your own original thesis statement.
