For this week’s discussion, the “best candidate” has been chosen and now you are to formally offer them a position with your company. As stated in chapter 12, during this process, both the employee and candidate “seek to enter into the employment relationship and become legally bound to each other through an employment contract” (Hememan, Judge, & Mueller, 2012).
